Snow Leopard (Panthera uncia)

The Snow Leopard  is also called  Felis irbis & Felis uncia with its size 
similar to Felis pardus Linnaeus. 
The Snow Leopard,  living in plateau areas,  is a kind of animal with its 
habitat in rocky areas and distributed in some parts of Qinghai & Tibet 
Plateaux, Xinjiang & inner Mongolia Autonomous Regions  and Gansu 
Province  in China.  It  has been  listed as  the  first-grade  wild  animal protected by the state. 
The Snow Leopard  is  included  in  Genus Panthera pardus of Family Felidae under Order Carnivora.
